WHAT IS IT?

This course is on a paved, five-mile trek. It is five miles out, five miles back. It is a straight shot, there will be orange markers along the length of the trail as to avoid anyone getting lost. This is a no-litter trail zone. The trail will be not be lit during the evening hours, so it is imperative you bring a headlamp with you.There is no stress about making cut-off times, as we will allow you to drop/change to the timed event if you miss your original cut-off time. We aspire for this race to be a challenge, not a hinderance. Also, everything you need for this race will be there, and if there are any special requirements you need, feel free to contact me via email before the race!Any proceeds earned from this race will go toward donations for the homeless communities around the city. With that being said, we will also accept socks, underwear, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other essentials.

AID STATIONS

There will be two aid stations throughout the length of the course; at the start line and at the halfway-point. Both stations will have the essentials for you to keep moving without fail, especially things to keep you hydrated and well-energized. If you have specific dietary restrictions or things of that nature, feel free to contact the race director so she is aware and can assist you before the race begins.

PRIZES & location

Yes. It is set to have a 100 MILE customized brass buckle. Along with that, finishers for fifty miles and under will receive awards. To go with the other buckles, every runner will receive race swag.This race will be hosted at The Silver Comet Trail, located in Smyrna, Georgia.

When does the race begin?
- Each length begins at 4 AM.
Are there places to park my van or camper?
- You may bring your camper/van/RV, however, there are no electrical outlets for those.
Do volunteers receive any benefits?
- Yes. Volunteers receive race swag for the current year they are assisting at, as well as free entry to the following year's race. Volunteers must complete a full shift of eight hours for this to apply.
What is the refund policy?
- There are no refunds for this race. However, you can transfer to another distance.
